I've a rather old setup on the machine, not using postfix,
but running dovecot to read the mail on laptop or android.

Spamassassin and ClamAV for that matter have Test Signatures you can use
to test the setup.

Then configure the MTA to accept and deliver mail for a test user and
send him some mail. You can send the mail eithe
. This way I can tweak it if I need to. Ultimately using the mail
command would be best.
