The problem is that once I have dropped it into /etc/mail/spamassassin
and when I run spamassassin --lint
It drops quite a few errors.
And the eCard Spam keeps coming through :(
Am I doing something wrong?

to a 3.2.1 installation (in a Maia/amavis solution)?

You need to look at sa-update and sa-learn. Make sure you're using a
recent version of SpamAssassin.
