Time for you to start using uribls.   For SA 2.64 you'll need spamcopuri ( http://sourceforge.net/projects/spamcopuri/ ), and then check www.surbl.org for usage instructions.   Better to upgrade to SA 3.1.5.   http://www.rulesemporium.com/cgi-bin/uribl.cgi returns this for thelevelgroup.net:
