The error message says:
/etc/mail/spamassassin/FuzzyOcr.pm: Can't locate FuzzyOcr/Logging.pm in @INC
(@INC contains: /etc/mail/spamassassin
It means it is looking for a file with the full pathname being
/etc/mail/spamassassin/FuzzyOcr/Logging.pm
