gives no errors,
but when I try to run cron job it takes a long time and does not finish:
/usr/share/spamassassin/sa-update.cron 2>&1 | tee -a /var/log/sa-update.log

You should also drop, by default, all Office documents with macros.
What plugin / method do You reccomend for that ?

Spamassassin 3.4.0-4.el7_5 on centos 7, updated from Base Repo.
My regex rules are not always matching spammers from outside. Please help me
understan why it's happening sometimes.
All not matched emails has multipart info in header:
Content-Type: multipart/mixed;
boundary="=_Nex
