Folks,
I'm running SA 3.0.4 on a Solaris 10 system.
Everything was working fine, and I went to restart SA and when it came back
up, it no longer is logging to syslog.
I've restarted syslog, rebooted the box, everything. Here is an output from
SA Debug:
trying to connect to syslog/ine
Folks,
We have in the SA conf:
subject_tag [SPAM]
We are running SA 2.63
Since today, we haven't had a problem with the rewrite, and today a message
came in as:
[SPAM-P]
...I'm confused... of where the -P came from. Has anyone seen this before?
Or know why?
Thanks,
Steve
Did this ever get figured out? I'm running into the same problem, and not
matter what options I try I always come back with zeros.
Debug shows it's processing the log file.
Thanks,
Steve

There is also errdang brain can't remember sastats? Shows all your
basic stats. Sorry I can't remember the name, I threw it into a script and
only remember the script name.
sa-stats.pl in the source for SA, under the tools directory.
Perfect!
Thanks!!!

Subject: Re: SA Rule - Matching on "From" AND "Subject"

Hello,
I'm running SA 2.63, and I have a rule I would like to create that
would only be a positive number/match if two checks both were matched.
I don't want one rule checking "To" and another checking "Subject", I want
to combine to the two rules so that if "To" and "Subject" both match
By default, the sa-stats.pl uses the log file /var/log/maillog
You need to tell sa-stats to use a different log
Example:
./sa-stats.pl -l /var/log/spamd.log -s midnight -e now

Folks,
The past couple of days, I've been getting messages like the one
below, and I'm not sure how to stop it. I don't understand why SA isn't
giving it a higher score. I tried searching through the archives but didn't
see much on it.
Thanks!

Folks,
I'm running into a weird problem and I don't know what the cause is.
I'm running Qmail / Qmail-Scanner 1.22 / SA 2.63 / Clam AV 75.1
I have messages that all have the subject "Mail delivery failed", which the
message scores a negative number by SA and is delivered.
The problem is,
