I have a series of local rules customized to catch spam targeted at my (very
small, family-only) user base. I have a series of rules along the lines of:
body__L_LOANS_BODY1 /\bwire money\b/i
body__L_LOANS_BODY2/\bdeposited today\b/i

skip_rbl_checks 0
I noticed that no RBL checks were being run.
If I change dns_available to "test" or comment out the line (same function),
