At my test environment Perl 5.8.6, following sequence fix the error.
perl -MCPAN -e shell
o conf prerequisites_policy ask
install Scalar::Util
install File::Spec
install ExtUtils::MakeMaker
quit
It looks "ExtUtils::MakeMaker" prerequire "File::Spec".

No, I did "install File::Spec".
However the File::Spec looks version 0.6.
It must be "File::Spec >= 0.8" at the Makefile.PL logic.
How do I update File::Spec from 06 to 08 ?

However my server is Cobalt RaQ4.
Sun micro doesn't support upgrade perl at RaQs.
And I don't know how to upgrade perl on RaQ4.
