SpamAssassin 4.0 install via cpan

Hello, I'm trying to install SpamAssassin 4.0 via CPAN but I always get several errors like the ones below and it doesn't get to the end of the installation. It's a fresh install on an Ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS: t/spamc_c.t ... spam_pid not found: Sleeping 5 - Retry # 19 Failed 1/2
