thats why i see more point in default blacklist ALL btc addresses, and
make local whitelist if paymant is not froud
if users is scared to not pay, it would not be whitelisted

why not block it with default clamav installs ?
spamassassin is not a virus scanner or macro detector, i still have not
seen rules in mimedefang or amavisd, or canit, and other tools support
deep content scanners in sp

I think I have found some of problems:

looking at old debug outputs, seems that everytime we've had problem,
sa-update first tried to fetch from http://sa-update.spamassassin.org
further fetching from other mirrors did not help, due to issues below.
