Um, the last I checked Spamassassin was an open source package
provided for free, even to people who use it as part of a commercial
service.

Why don't you just create an authoritative DNS zone for the RBLs and
drop them? Then you'll be certain you can't be sending them any queries

Yes - I got several of these notices from the same person.
Spamhaus is free under limited circumstances. It is not free to
everyone. It should have an off switch configuration for those of us who
it is neither free nor affordable. I for one am tired of getting these
emails from MxTools because
