short list (including subject:) is oddly capitalized, including
all-lowercase for the one-word headers.

I'm not on this list but Jeff Chan poked me and folks were asking about DOB,
its been running flakey lately. We are moving the infrastructure to another
location (moving offices and colo) and have broken a few things in transit.
We should have most of our issues worked out this week.
