rewrite_header subject not working from user_prefs

SpamAssassin version 3.2.4 is running and in my user_prefs file I have: rewrite_header subject [SPAM] Spam comes tagged from the main configuration and my user_prefs can't override it. I've tested other values my user_prefs (such as white-listing spam) and they seem to work so I know that Spa
