My set up is:
- Fedora Core 5
- Postfix 2.2.8-1.2
- Spamassassin 3.1.3-1.fc5
- Procmail 3.22-16.2.1
- Fetchmail 6.3.4-0.fc5.1
I use fetchmail to get mail from all my different ISP mailboxes. These
then get delivered on my local machine by postfix which calls procmail
in main.cf like this:

Seems to be working well. But before this new rule set the old spam
poisoned my bayes so I just purged all my bayes and starting over. That
way I won't get bayes_00 lowering the point score.

I have the following in my local.cf and user_pref.cf but to no apparent use:
use_auto_whitelist 0
use_bayes 0
add_header all Report _REPORT_

check, do genuine emails come from the domain 0451.com or whether it is
genuinely just spam?
I get a lot of spam claiming to be from emails on this domain, and if
there really are no genuine emails coming from that domain,
