Solr upgrade from 8.11 to 9.x (latest if possible)

Hello, Does anyone have the specific steps to upgrade from Solr 8.11 to 9.x? I've seen that part of the process is extracting the new tgz/zip file into a new location and copying over the configuration files and data files from current 8.11 version, but I haven't found any official tutorial wit
