Do you need to configure the number of threads when enabling multiThreaded
query? the latency improvement looks not quite significant.

I do not know on how you could validate if "multithreaded" is active but we
tested the parameter and measured ~5% faster response time with regular queries
and ~10% faster response time with vector queries.
