You can edit the TZ by typing it. Just place your cursor after the C and
then backspace, then time whatever TZ you want it to be.

One last thing, sogo.conf should have your desired TZ in there.
SOGoTimeZone = America/Ney_York
The SOGo web UI inherits this.
