Hello,
could you assist me?
I have installed and configured Zentyal Server 8.0, and I am using the
webmail service SoGo 5.5.1. I have manually set up automatic email
forwarding for each user registered on the webmail, through the preferences

yes, on the restart . . .
So, disabling Sieve would be the solution? Why am I using it anyway?
I'll have to investigate that.

I'm sceptical on this one. Disabling Sieve should solve your "Service

Let's approach this a different way.
*Where are these "Preferences" stored?*
The most important preference I need to change is the IMAP account.
Right now, my "new" user has an e-mail address "usern...@domain.com" and
I need it to be "username.surn...@domain.com"
Without making that change,
ok . . .
I've tried a few other things.
"SOGoVacationEnabled" was already set to YES -- no difference
"SOGoSieveScriptsEnabled" set to NO -- no difference
using HTTP instead of HTTPS -- no difference

Let me restate the problem --
When I login to the web interface, then try to change "Preferences" I

I was instructed to check the logs, and I found, "Could not login to

That should resolve my issue, and I can complete the move from our "old"

I built this from scratch, and I discovered a few glitches along the way.
I am STILL waiting (hoping) for the "openchange/rpcproxy" packages. Any
update?

Both system and domains preferences are defined in the /etc/sogo/sogo.conf,
while the users preferences are configurable by the user and stored in SOGo’s
database.
