Yes, we meant elevating the required minimum Java version to 11. Updating
Qpid Broker-J major version number is good idea. We also would like to
participate in preparing the release to gain the know-how.

Please feel free to migrate Qpid Broker-J to java 11. I cannot think
about any issue with an update to java 11.
