I am canceling the vote for Qpid Dispatch Router 1.6.0 (RC1) due to a
deadlock in the timer systems caused by DISPATCH-1274.
I will put out a vote shortly for 1.6.0 RC2 which will back out the
fix for DISPATCH-1274
Since DISPATCH-1274 is not critica fixl, it will be addressed in a
future release
I will cancel this vote. I will put up a new vote after backing out changes
made to fix DISPATCH-1274.
