[Users] Install from USB: isolinux.bin is missing

Hello I'm trying install a Proxmox 2.1 from USB I follow the guide: http://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Install_from_USB_Stick, making the USB bootable on Windows. I don't get any errors on this. But when I want to boot from pendrive, I get : "isolinux.bin is missing or corrupt" when boot from pendrive
