The update contains new kernel: 3.10.0-957.10.1.vz7.85.

It's a rebase update.
What were updated:
Linux kernel – now based on RHEL 7.6 kernel 3.10.0-957.10.1.el7
QEMU - 2.12 (was 2.10 in Update 9)
Libvirt – 4.5.0 (was 3.9.0)
CRIU – 3.11 (was 3.10)
QEMU-GA – 3.0.91 (was 2.90)
All linux user space packages correspond now to RHEL 7.6
