I found the mistake.
The ploop files and DiskDescriptor.xml is located on my backup disk.
This disk is formated in ext2.
If I copy all these files to my local HDD who is formatted in ext4 then
every thing is working as expected.

degradation when dcachesize limit fires.
I can suggest switch to vswap and completely disable any limits for dcache.
