I have been using Apache for years, but now it will not load into my new
computer(windows 10 , or whatever it is today). Instead, I get this circle
going round and round from your - trusted what? I clicked out! I do not
have time for such an easy task as downloading a word program. Do you?

After spending an hour on preparing a proposal for a customer and then
saving it; it was not there! SO, I typed in a bogus document and gave it a
bogus name and then pressed save. NOPE!
It still was not In my document file and so, I tried it again with the same
