I have been using Open Office for several years, with not problems. However,
something has come up for the first time— a video box next to the usual text
format. I cannot get rid of the video box. Suggestions welcome, please.

I had a Mac laptop from 2013 that ‘died’ on me. At the time that I bought it,
someone at the Apple Store, downloaded Open Office on it for me. They will
not longer do that. My ‘dead’ Mac is not able to retrieve all of the items
that I had created on Open Office.
