I have a lot of 4x6 formatted recipes. These are landscape format. The printer
that just died wanted the short edge on the right side of the paper [left
margin was 5.25 and right was 0.5]
The replacement printer [for now] wants the left margin 0.5 and the right 5.25.

The defaults for the F keys are things like audio control, mission control,
etc. To make f3 function as an F key, hold down the Function key at the same
time. There's also a system setting that reverses this behavior.

Try creating a custom template. I use one that includes my return address.

I am not familiar with that printer but many have 2 black tanks - one for B&W
and one for black tones when printing color.
