Opening EPS in Draw

Dear support team, I'm trying to open an EPS graph, generated with Pajek network analysis software, in the latest OpenOffice Draw. Draw instead shows a blank file, and blank it remains if exported to raster. I'm attaching a sample picture. Would very much appreciate your advice. Best wishes,
