How do you guys get rid of the extra spacing between words?

OK Jada, I understand, You have your text justified right AND left - so the program is inserting spaces to suit. (this is the right hand end of the four options) So  if you don't want the text justified switch to justified Left (the first option) and you will have your single spaces and a ragged
