Open Office crashes immediately after it loads the pages. I'm not 100% positive that this is only an Open Office problem. I'm running Windows 10 and this is Open Office 4.1.13. My desktop computer was refusing to load the Start menu, so I rebooted it. It froze and didn't do anything for about 45 m

Linda - Writing '%AppData%' is meant to be instead of specifying 'C:\Users\username\AppData'. I think that 'OO Software > OO ShutUp10' is related to 'O&O ShutUp10', some kind of privacy tool. I think the OpenOffice folder that you're looking for may be in AppData\Roaming\, not in AppData\Local
