I am writing my life story and I have about 180 pages almost finished. I number each page as I go along, but here is my problem. Please help mewith it. Each time I go back to edit a page/s, add new text, add aphoto. the format moves everything forward either a few lines, a fewparagaphs or whatev

The download is 165mb. According to the OpenOffice website there is a version for OS 10 versions >= 10.7. High Sierra is 10.13 so that's the intended version. I don't use Mac and haven't checked to see if there are any specific compatibility issues with OpenOffice and High Sierra. On Tue, Feb 18

Currently using v 4.1.5 1. SPELL CHECK When I activate the spell checker, it is unable to recognise any words in my documents as correct - all are underlined in red, indicating misspellings. I have tried the English (Australian), English (US) and English (UK) dictionaries with the same results

Thank you, David. I have downloaded and installed 4.1.7 from the link you suggested. Re the spellcheck problem, I used the "python" script to repair it. It has stopped putting the red wiggly lines under everything, but now does not indicate words which I know are misspelled. The spellcheck win
