out your resume templates.
Please cancel my subscription effective immediately as I did not find a resume

Tera, not sure where you did it but the templates are always free all the time.
As are ALL the features.

I'm afraid you have confused the OpenOffice project at Apache with a commercial
company that is *not* affiliated with Apache OpenOffice..
Apache OpenOffice can always be downloaded and used *for free* with no charges
whatever.

Listen to them. OO is free. I'm just a consumer like you and I've never
paid anything.
Whether you realise it or not, you "accessed" Apache via an untrusted
source. Whoever it was conned you into paying. Retrace your steps and try
to contact them again for, eg your money back.

Your issue might be a corrupted version of OO, or a template that comes from a
commercial company not affiliated with OO, or a (cloud storage?) system also
not affiliated with OO.
Identifying the URL
Might we want to offer also that Apache Open Office is very versatile and
if you like something about a Template but not other parts, you can change
and customize, create to suit! And save it as yours.
