spreadsheet locked documents

I can’t seem to copy and paste so snapped a photo of the documents. All locked, and I can’t get them to open. Not sure how they got locked in the first place. When it says open with, Open Office doesn’t show up. I have 4.1.2 Had a spreadsheet all made up, was fine, but I added a new column on t
