Yes, it can be used without any charge, though donations are
appreciated. You can also encourage employees to use it at home and
elsewhere, again without charge. There is no charge for using OpenOffice.

Basque (eu) is indeed one of the versions where we fixed it. So it
should already work in 4.1.0-beta (but you are welcome to verify it!)
and it will still work in the final 4.1.0 release next month.
