hi... unfortunately, a recent power outage seems to have messed with my PC, as
my open office's red marker spellchecker line is now a barely viewable grey
line.. so how do i restore the red wiggly line's color? please remember my
"geek speak" is not the best, and my PC has many many "issues" lol
You don't mention your OS; but if it is Windows 10 there have been
issues with Windows updates causing AOO to crash.
Try forcing Windows to install all updates and see what happens.

Probably could be a localization issue. But I would suggest to add a
screenshot, you can put it on imgur or some other free picture sharing
website.
