Sadly, using AOO on a stick directly is a very bad idea. If there is a crash
there is nothing to be done.
Better copy the file on the HD and once the work is done, move it back to the
stick (and delete the file of the HD afterward if necessary). If the transfer
fails, you still have the file on
same problem, so ?

My stick crashed. I got the files of. but now i cannot open them i
have the following files
.~lock.name
and name.doc
iif i open the name.doc, i have the useless codeselection thing,
after which i get a page with weird symbols. The lock file is blanc.
Is there a way to retrieve my file.
