start a Draw document. Insert the photo in Draw. Then copy it from there
and paste it to Writer. Right-click the photo

What are trying to do?
Are you trying to have a document print in Landscape instead of Portrait? This
is a function of Page Setup.
Are you trying to have text in a Calc cell rotated? This is a function of Cell
Formatting.
Are you trying to rotate text in a Draw or Impress document

Please help i have been trying to rotate my texting in open office
get it all right​ until i come to find the rotate Icon on the tool bar but
it seems there is not a Icon for rotating i have looked tried everything
possible still there is no Icon
Please advise
