Make sure you download the latest print drivers for your printer, printer
controls are a function of the print driver not OpenOffice.
To turn rulers on or off go to View and click on Ruler.

Actually I can't choose anything but Standard and Custom. It uses a
tremendous amount of ink! I only got three months out of this last
cartridge when I used to get six months.
