Hi. If my hunch is correct that you're using Windows, you may have to
uninstall it through the Control Panel > Programs & (?). If the instruction
to insert a disk thru this method is the result, then indeed it is a very
weird, irritating situation. Hope you'll get your solution soon.

I have not installed yet OO4 in my iMac. Hopefully you find the solution(s)
