Can you convert or save an existing spreadsheet in Open Office to a word/text

I had a free Open Office account in which I kept my documents in their most
current form.Recently, I just get a login request. So I changed the password,
as directed, and signed in. Now I just get the jumble of Abi-word and
Microsoft documents, in various usable and unusable forms which I had
stopped at 5 and that
was from Modesto CA. I tried another place and it stopped at 4. Its telling me
I am almost there and to click chrome or extensions.
That's as far as I can get. Can you help me please ?

Hi Open Office Admin
While using Open Office I have an Option Screen permantly across the top of the
document (I have attached a screenshot)
Would you please advice how to remove it?

The link gmail@openoffice.apache.org in the the email you sent me
didn't work. My question was, in writer 4, it is taking quite a while to
save documents, I get the feeling they are being saved on the Net somewhere
as it takes much longer than v 3.7. Can you tell me how to disable this
please
