Go back to your backup that was created Wednesday after you created that report.
Going forward to avoid this problem I would create a template of the basic
report format and then use that template to start each report. After finishing
the report I would save that report under a unique na

Select FILE. Select PRINT in file menu. In Print dialogue select PRINT FROM_TO_
and enter the starting page number and finishing page number. Click on PRINT
button in bottom right corner. The starting and finishing page numbers can be
the same number.
