Every time I try to print a #10 envelope, when I go to print, it shows a c6 or c5 envelope which is bigger and it won’t print. I have tried many times using instructions. Sent from Mail for Windows 10

What is the documents file extension? I'm How large is the file? If you cannot do it, I might be able to convert it to an ods (calc) file for you. That said, excel may be able to write an ods file directly. It is better, of course, if you do it yourself. If AOO cannot do it, I might try LO (L
