For many years, I submitted templates to OpenOffice.org using the username
"vertex42" to log in, but I recently looked at the templates.openoffice.org
site and can't find any of the templates I submitted. Yet, I see many of my
templates appearing with authors I don't recognize.
Here is one
I think I have accomplished a work around.
I copy-pasted each of the 3 sheets into sheets of a blank Calc file,
renamed the sheets, and managed to save the just created Calc file under
a different filename.
I used Task Manager to kill the AOO process on the corrupted Calc file.
NOW: when I
I had a similar problem with OO working on Windows 10 Pro. When I tried
to close the reformatted RTF file I was getting a message that the file
could not be saved. I managed to do this by ticking the "allow" option
on the Windows Defender action board to change the temporary file
"soffice.bi

appears to still be active/working as expected, including auto saves
flashings. However, when I attempt to close the file I am shown an error
message that reads:
Error saving
I have no Idea.
Do other save locations work?
