I copied my OO docs to a thumb drive and transferred them to another laptop
that already
transferred them to another laptop that already had OO installed; they work
correctly.
I uninstalled my old OO from my laptop

While converting a document we are not able to see header/footer in generated
html output.
I have set different header/footer for first page and rest of pages. Please let
us know what could be the issue.
