Ray,
The folder(s) are not in openoffice, they are on you computer's hard drive. On
my computer it is a folder called "Documents" then in various subfolders in
that folder.
Please share with us what operating system you are using so that we can provide
more specific help.

Protect Document. So far OK. But both options -
