Oh how nice! What email program are you using? So far, I can only set
a filter like that if I log into my ISP account.
I am sure this abandoned email address will be removed from the mailing
list.

Oh yes it is - .csv can be imported into almost any spreadsheet, including OO.

If you use a product like MailWasher, just set a filter that auto
deletes this particular email address - works great.

Use "Insert | Envelope..." from the menu to get to a dialog to print to an
envelope. To have a print envelope button it is necessary to modify the
