My question is a bit obscure... I'm working with an old 6502 operating
system whose source is encoded in ISO-8859-1. Naturally, I opened the
top-level directory from the NetBeans Favorites pane (i.e. not in a
project) and got right to work.
However, NetBeans wants to open the file as UTF-8.
