Hi Ken,
If you only have the .java and .form files, you can create a new project
in Netbeans and in the src folder put these files inside it.
Possibly a packet error will occur. Then, you will have to move it to
the correct packages before recreating the project with the .jar file.

Like what type of app is it? JavaFX/ML or Plain Java app, or what?
However, I would look at creating a new project and manually adding in
the source files.
