Try to start qemu directly on the node-02 (on oneadmin user):
virsh --connect qemu:///system create /var/lib/one//datastores/0/3/deployment.3
and see errors.

what does /var/log/libvirtd/qemu/one-.log say? (in the worker node)
Also, the fact that /var/lib/one/datastores/0/3/deployment.3 is truncated
after the failure is very strange, and I suspect it has nothing to do with
OpenNebula.
