I wanna try open MPI on RHEL 5.2 Beta and SLES10 SP2 RC1 on x86_64
platform. Does open MPI have known limitation or issues on that? Thanks!

I have a successful ompi installation and my software runs across my
humble cluster of three dual-Opteron (single core) nodes on OpenSUSE
10.2. I'm planning to upgrade some RAM soon and have been thinking of
playing with affinity, since each cpu will have it's own DIMMs after
the upgrade. I have
Open MPI is mostly vanilla C, but with a dash of a few other
languages. Our issues usually come up when running on platforms that
our assembly doesn't support.
I have not personally tested RH5.2 or SLES10SP2, but am unaware of any
issues on those platforms.
