Hi there:
I'm trying to install an old version of openmpi 1.1.1
on a 32 bit cluster and running a program with it. This program runs fine for
another 64 bit
cluster which has openmpi 1.1.1 installed, but when running this on the 32 bit
cluster, I get the
following error:
/var/spool/pbs/mom_pri
We already have open-mpi installed in one of our clusters (because it came with
it). How long do you estimate it will take to install open-mpi to another
linux cluster (red hat 9) that does not have open-mpi preinstalled?

OK, I think I got things sorted out. Thanx for your inputs.

I guess I should go back a step: I had used the openmpi version on my system
which is simply:
"mpirun -machinefile $PBS_NODEFILE -np $NPROCS ${CODE}
>/ul/tedhyu/fuelcell/HOH/test/HH.out"

I'm trying to run a job based on openmpi. For some reason, the program and the
global communicator are not in sync and it reads that there is only one

Hi:
I'm new to this group. I'm trying to implement a parallel quantum code called
"Seqquest".
I'm trying to figure out why there is an error in the implementation of this
code where there is an error:
